Chatelaine watch
This chatelaine watch made in 1924 in diamonds, onyx, and sapphires, is striking for its strong color contrast. It is composed of a rectangular form that conceals the fastening system, from which a cylindrical case is suspended by a chain made of baguette-cut diamonds, enameled platinum links and onyx spheres, and bezel-set diamonds. The platinum case is pave-set with buff-top sapphires framed by alternately straight and chevron-patterned lines set with brilliant-cut diamonds and onyx.
